We publish our Water Resource Management Plan every five years to show how we plan to supply enough water to meet demand over the next 25 years. Follow this link to also view our Drought Management plans.
Our Strategic Direction Statement provides our vision for the next 25 years, the challenges that we will face and how we need to manage these to ensure that we can meet the needs of our customers today and in the future.
Every five years, all water companies are required to submit a Business Plan to Ofwat, the economic regulator. On 2 December, we submitted our Business Plan, detailing our proposals for the years 2015 – 2020. Our plan sets out:
Our overall strategy and the implications for customer bills;
Our strategic objectives in terms of service performance, quality, the environment and other outputs;
The activities necessary in the 5 year period to deliver these objectives; and
The scope for improving the efficiency of our service.
