Water Resources Plans

We publish our Water Resource Management Plan every five years to show how we plan to supply enough water to meet demand over the next 25 years. Follow this link to also view our Drought Management plans.

Strategic Direction Statement

Our Strategic Direction Statement provides our vision for the next 25 years, the challenges that we will face and how we need to manage these to ensure that we can meet the needs of our customers today and in the future.

Business Plan

Every five years, all water companies are required to submit a Business Plan to Ofwat, the economic regulator. On 3 September 2018, we submitted our Business Plan, detailing our proposals for the years 2020 – 2025.

At the core of our business and this Plan, is our vision to be the UK’s leading community-focused water company. Our vision is underpinned by four outcomes. These are the things customers have told us matter most to them:

  • Supplying high quality water you can trust

  • Making sure you have enough water, while leaving more water in the environment

  • Providing a great service that you value

  • And minimising disruption to you and your community.
